Performance, safety, or quality of contractors
Availability of services
Users interact with contractors at their own risk.
M.C.G.A is not responsible for:
Disputes between users and contractors
Work quality or outcomes
Misrepresentation by contractors
Loss, damage, or claims arising from contractor services
M.C.G.A provides a listing platform only, not a contracting service.
The Platform may include links to external websites.
M.C.G.A does not control or endorse these sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.
All M.C.G.A branding, text, graphics, logos, and design elements are protected and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.
M.C.G.A may suspend or terminate:
Accounts that violate these Terms
Accounts posing security risks
Accounts inactive for extended periods
Users may stop using the Platform at any time.

Any disputes will be handled in courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
